I was charged 191 rs more on my trip on 30th aug, saying previous pending charge. There was no trip made recently with bill of 191rs. I had to response them again and again, simply getting same reply from customer care saying previous trip but with no more information about the trip. Finally some one replied when i became rude, it was trip on 6th feb at 9:22am. I have selected payment method paytm and paytm account history it payment was successfull.
Previously they have put this kind of extra charges many times, i never care, i paid. That was wrong from my side, i should have been careful. Please strict action against uber.
