Uber- Guwahati. I booked a cab today(10th September at around 11.25.AM. I was charged Rs 102.84, instead of the usual 75 to 80 rupees. Fortunately, the total fare was reduced due to an ongoing promotion. I contacted Uber customer care via email and their idiotic response is that they can't do anything about it as the final amount I paid was within the usual fare estimate. They didn't even bother to look into my receipt and realize that I would have paid an amount much more than the estimated amount had there been no promo code applied. This is not the first time this has happened to me. It happened before as well on 28th August 2016. Can anyone help me please.
