Uber India — Overcharged / incorrectly charged for my trip

Hi,

I was booked cab on uber on 7 th july 2017 from office to home on shared basis.

During booking the cab, it was showing 0 rs to be paid for this trip as the coupon applied worth of 50 rs.
But when i get down from the cab and the bill amount was 237 rs, i shocked to get this bill and i did not carried that amount to pay to driver installation, then went to nearby atm and paid the bill.

When i reported this incident to uber customer care, they were saying you correctly been charged for this trip and we can not refund the amount.

It seems uber has started another business to looot indian customers through hidden charges.

Uber customer support is worst, 1 out 10 rating. We can not expect any immediate support.

I don't understand why government is not banning to such company who is not liable to their customers. There is no phone support.

However, i m still hoping to refund my money which was incorrectly charged to me and the distance was showing in the bill was 78 km which is hardly 8 km in actualy.

It's rediculous, it was not expected with uber.
