Uber India — overcharged on my cash trip n poor customer service

I took a ride from old delhi station to palam on thursday 15th of feb'18 at around 5pm, at the time of booking fare shown was rs. 399, but when the trip ends the driver asked me to pay rs. 555.. I asked the driver why so much at the time of booking fare shown was rs. 399, then how come 555, u took a longer route.. He said no no.. I drove as per gprs nothing wrong. I could not see the green screen which displays the fare to pay cos i went to receive my wife n daughter from the station so i was carrying a lot of luggage n my small baby who was crying,. So i just paid the driver rs. 555 which he clearly asked me to pay, but as soon as i reached my home i saw the receipt it was showing rs. 515 then i immediately called up the driver n asked why u collected extra cash from me i. E. Rs. 555 instead of rs. 515.. He said pata nhi sir ustym rs. 555 hi dikha raha tha ab pata nhi kaise rs. 515 dikha raha hai.. Aap customer care se baat krlo woh refund krdengey n he disconnected the call.. Then raised a complain on uber app, as per the receipt n fare shown at the time of booking fare which rs. 399 they refunded me rs.116 which was difference between 515 n 399.. But i told the uber customer service that i paid the driver rs. 555 n not rs. 515, so kindly returned rs. 40 more as i was charged rs. 156 more as per the booking time fare n the fare i paid (555-399=156), but one of the executive at uber named mohit just messaged that is out of our system to return you the balance of rs.40 as u did not pay what was on the green screen, while their driver said screen mein kuch problem hai pehle rs. 555 hi dikha raha tha.. Whom to listen, whom to believe n how to deal with fraud drivers n horrible customer service o[censored]ber he also said that we expect professional behavior from our partner driver n will see that this will not happened again in future.. What a joke it was.. But this is not the case the same thing had happened wid me few months back as well.. Actually what is happening is whenever u book a uber go ride, the driver are taking longer route to chrge more.. N the customers are suffering because of this.. I wrote to uber that time also but no action taken.. Their driver's are fraud n cheaters while the uber customer service is pathetic, horrible, ridiculous n disappointing.. Now i am going to file a police complaint as well.. The driver name was sunder n i have his number as well.. Uber is not believing their customer over their fraud driver will teach them a lesson now by filing a fraud complaint against them in police station...
