Uber has gone to dogs now... Cos it is not the management that is running the company but the illiterate drivers who are manipulating the system to extract money from the and uber support care team are full of # who don't even know what to do.
I booked uber from airport departure terminal to sushant lok 1 c block and the fare shown was 278rs, but after repeated attempts of booking the car allocated was sandro and the driver mobile number provided was switched off. The driver was calling and asked me to come to pillar no 4 of arrival terminal and so i did. Then after boarding he took via t2 terminal, on checking he replied that this is the only way. Later on billing i realised why all he did what he did. I was charged 300 rs extra, a total of 600 rs. Cos he used t3 arrival pick up and passed through t2, so 150 plus 150, 300 rs were charged extra, which definitely he did not pay. I know this cos i work at the airport and know the in an out of paying of toll. But uber and drivers are extracting money from customer on account o[censored]sing a app.
I registered a complaint with uber support team but obviously they declined the request cos they have no knowledge. And this is not the first time i have been charged extra from the airport but 3rd time and this one for sure is the last time, as i have deleted uber app from my mobile now.
