I certainly understand your concern. It's always advisable to pay the amount as per the trip receipt which you receive at the end on the trip.
Unfortunately, any amount that is paid above the trip fare is considered an exchange outside the Uber system and hence we'll not be able to make a refund in this case.
I had raised complaint through uber mobile app.
And the reply of complaint about refund of toll charges.
While we appreciate you reaching out for the toll that was charged on this trip, as explained by my colleagues the toll charge is valid and cannot be adjusted, since this is to compensate the driver-partners.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
