Uber India — Paid cancellation charges, when cancelling against the booking was not maid | |||||
I booked Uber India taxi using their mobile app on 16th May, 2016 at evening to pickup from KMG Tower, sec 67, Mohali, 160062 at 5.20pm Then i waited for 5 minutes and try to call that cab guy, but the phone of that cab driver was switched off.Then i kept waiting for next 20 minutes but no taxi come, so i left from that place . On the next day(17th May, 2016 @ 9am) when i booked the cab from the same cab provider(Uber India )they charged extra 40 RS as the cancellation of the taxi that i never did on 16th May evening. So i request them to refund my 40 RS as it was not my fault, but the issue was driver not come and i was not able to contact him as his phone was getting switched off rather i kept waiting for 25 minutes Was this information helpful? | |||||
