Uber India — Paid the amount to the driver but the app is still showing payment outstanding, support is also not doing anything

I started my ride at 5:35 pm from prestige tech park bangalore to hormavu bangalore on 29/06/2022.
It was a grey maruti suzuki ritz when I reached the destination I paid the amount via gpay to the driver and even though i have paid the amount of 654.08 the application is still showing outstanding amount as 654.08.
There is no help from the support and the application is not letting me take new cabs
