I had taken a trip on 26th November 2022 and the driver asked me to pay in cash for a non cash trip
Tried contacting the customer support but it is of no help
Why should the payment be made twice for the same trip
The drivers will not accept a trip if the payment is made online
This is very bad experience and happens mainly in uber
