Uber India — Payment Issue

I had paid for a trip but Uber system failed to recognise the same. Have shared bank statement, sms screen shot and banks transaction approval code, Uber customer support isn't responding. Most pathetic payment system along with a non-responsive customer care. Ola is much better.
