Hello. I took a cab today, i.e 21/4/23 at 8:30 am and after arrival, i couldn't do online payment due to glitch with the app. I was unable to make online payment. I had to pay in cash. in the evening when i took a different ride and after reaching the destination, the amount to be paid was added with the previous ride amount. It is not my fault that the previous driver didn't update the uber portal. I have been charged twice for one ride. What is the mode of reembursment?
