I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered during a ride with Uber, where I was inadvertently charged twice for the same fare. I believe there was a technical glitch or error in the system, as I did not intend to make a double payment.

I have attached the corresponding payment receipts for your reference. It clearly shows that two separate charges were made for the same ride, which is an obvious mistake.
One payment was made directly to Uber and one was made to Driver's UPI Paytm (₹750/-).
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and process a refund for the duplicate charge. I have always been a satisfied Uber user and value the convenience your service provides, so I am contacting you to resolve this issue promptly.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and I trust that Uber's customer support will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. Please refund the erroneously charged to my payment method at your earliest convenience.
