Uber India — poor customer care service

I was not able to login to my account for which i submit a report on uber.com. They repeatedly sent me the same reply which was of no help.

I cannot understand why it is taking over 4 days for them to resolve it. I have an outstanding payment on my debit card because of which i cannot even pay with the card from another account.

The least they could do is verify my email or phone number and help me out.
