I booked an uber rickshaw in Mumbai. Because of some reason driver had to cancel it and take us offline. It was late night, in a hurry I left my bag in the back of Rickshaw. It’s been almost 24hrs now, there’s no assistance whatsoever, they are going around in loops and auto generated replies where all I want is to be in touch with the Driver Mr. Dilip.
