Uber India — poor response

My account has been deactivated by uber without specifying reasons.
Just saying that i have violated terms and conditions or use isn't helpful.
I am unable to determine whether the reasons for deactivation of my account is on account of misunderstanding or miscommunication.
I have been with uber for last 5 years and i have been a good customer to them.
