Hi team,
I had booked one ride with uber past 6 months ago. Mode of payment was my debit card. After the ride complete, driver told me that payment has been done and the amount has been deducted. Now, after this trip whenever i tried to book any ride with uber i am receiving error saying to contact uber customer care. I tried reaching out to them but for no use.in starting one of the associate replied to my query asking for the error screenshot which i provided to them. But till date there is no further update/ mail from the customer care team. I have also send several reminder mails for the update but no answer came.
I have never seen such an ignorant behavior from any service providing company for its clients. This is really a very embarrassing situation. Please escalate this issue to the higher level and take this issue on priority. Was this information helpful? |
