I mr. Shekhar virkar, having mobile [protected], have been using everyday uber. I have dowloand the app on my mobile. Sometimes i do twice or thrice booking of the car. Inspite of giving business to you i m not happy with the services. I have been facing many problems now a days. I have to pay money for rides which have been cancelled by your drivers. If i book a ride from my place (Thane) to dombivli, within 10mins your driver says i will be late or i wont be able to come, so please the cancel the bookings and book another car. This happened twice or thrice with me. Once the booking is cancelled on the drivers statement, still i have to pay rs. 70/- for cancellation where i have been informed by the driver that there is no cancellation charges.
I have been complaining everytime. Now my location is also block. I can't book the ride.
Kindly look into this matter and please return my cancellation charges i. E rs.70 x 2 times = rs. 140/-
Kindly take the necessary action for this and please unblock my location.
