My name is anmol aery, my issue is promotion benefit is not credited on my ride in try city, i was received the sms
"dear rider, get 50% off on 5 rides this week. No promo code required. Max discount per trip - rs.50. Valid till 11:59 pm, feb 26 in chd tricity only. - uberchd" on date 22 feb morning, snap shorts attached, on my number [protected],
I was book the cab on same date from 23 sec chandigarh to 44 sec chandigarh, i pay the cab charges, 67.55 /-. No promotion benefit is update rs 50. I pay full amount 67.55/-.
All snap shots are attached, kindly take necessary action on urgent basis, & my money back asap..
