Uber India — Refund for additional amount charged

On 2nd July'2017, I have booked cab from Uberpool. While booking Uberpool amount showed was RS 39 but I was charged RS 173.12. I need refund of the extra money charged.

I have submitted these details in Uber portal but there is no response. It is more than 12 hours now but there is neither any reply in email nor has anyone contacted me. Also there is no way to contact customer support.

This is very unprofessional and not acceptable.
