Uber India — refund of duplicate billed amount

Uber charged me twice for a trip i took on 3rd feb 2018. The payment was done first via upi option and the amount got deducted from my bank account. But it did not reflect in the app. I contacted the customer care multiple times but they did not fix the outstanding amount. I was forced to pay the same charge again as i had to book another cab 2 weeks later. For 2 weeks, the customer care team did nothing to resolve my issue. Then i started asking for refund of the 2nd payment i did for the same trip. After providing all proofs to them that my bank account has been deducted twice for the same trip, uber said that they have initiated refund and that i should check with my bank. Another 2 weeks passed and i went to my bank as i still did not receive the refund. My bank came back saying that uber's bank has not provided any inputs to them. With this information i went back to uber again (On 8th april 2018 - whole 2 months passed), but till now i haven't got any reply from uber. They are refusing to atleast answer my queries with a reply.
