Uber India — Regarding Cancellation Charges

I booked ride on 10th April 2017 where driver were not able to find the location and over the call when I talked him and let him know about the standing location, don't know what kind of problem he were facing to understand or not were able to communicate properly than he said ma'am "cancel krdo aap toh" and I faced 2 times on the same time than I booked 3rd ride and then he deducted 100 RS. Cancellation charges of the earlier booked rides. Now I want answer that cancellation charges should not deduct from the customer. If the Uber is doing these things, than it's totally unfavorable. Resolve it asap.

Yesterday I book a car from uber after booking we wait till 2 hours. No car come. Driver switched off his mobile . We suffer lot of problem yesterday night . I advised that do not trust on uber cab they are totally fake. I[censored] trust on their service one day you will spend your night along with your family on the road. Uber is worstest company.
