I had booked in uber to go from perungudi to kalpakkam on saturday the 16th sept my telephone no. [protected]). The computer accepted it, but when i called driver he said that according to them they can ply only upto to kelambakkam. So he cancelled and i went by ola.
Today when i used uber it told me that i have a pending payment from the last trip to kalpakkam, which i did not even take and charged rs 103 extra on the trip i took today from mylapore to perungudi.. Was it my fault that uber accepted my itinerary in the first place and cancelled it subsequently. I was disgusted.. I want my money back Was this information helpful? |
