Uber India — Regarding extra charge during cancellation of ride by the driver

Respected sir,
It is to inform you that we ordered an cab around 9:45 and we kept waiting till 10 and after that we got to know that the cab which we ordered it got some problem so the cab driver has to cancel the trip, and inturn charge of 40 bucks was included in our next ride.
So we want to request you that it wasn't our fault and we shouldn't be charged with any extra money, please sort this problem out and refund us our money back.

I rided today at 1:05 from gurukul to kalupur
Uber charged us 106INR
But the message that till 3rd march in a ride of 10 km we would have to pay only INR 60
And my trip was of only 8 kms
Please give me refund of the difference amount.
