Uber India — Reimburse my charges

I am a regular customer and have noticed that your services are becoming pathetic each day. On monday 12th june i had booked an uber on my return journey from ravet. The driver said he is very far away and will take half an hour and so to cancel the uber. You should teach your drivers how to speak, cause they really don't care. By the time i cancelled i was asked to pay rs 64. It was then credited to my uber account. When i was paying cash to the uber person, he refused to deduct the amount of rs 64.
Today i again booked an uber at 8.40 am, the driver called saying he cannot locate me on his app and so to cancel the ride. As i went to book my next ride i was asked to pay the amount of rs 64, after which i got my uber. My credits in the uber app now shows rs 128. How do i get the refund for this amount. Also 5 minutes is too short a time, because sometimes your drivers do not call until we make calls to them. I would want a refund of my amount.
