On 30th March, I had reported an unprofessional behavior of driver and later discussed with UBER on-call support staff. The Uber listened the incident and shown regret and promised that they are going to take action against the driver and will refund the charges as the last Ride was incomplete as driver ends it midway...However, since next day morning I can't access my UBER account...My mobile No ([protected]) as well as registered email address ([protected]@rediffmail.com) is not working for me...Seems UBER has deactivated my accoubt b/o informing me...Completely frustrated and surprised...
Can you please let me know why my account is disabled since I reported an issues with my last Ride?
After listening to whole incident and verifying the data from backend, you support service staff (I guess it was Kritesh ) had promised to make the refund of last ride as Ride was imcomplete...He had also promised that he will update me on the actions Uber will be taking against the driver...
However, surprisingly Uber has disabled the my account so that I can't further chase UBER on this...
