I booked a ride from malkajgiri to yapral in hyderabad. When contacted, driver was arriving, but suddenly i received message that i completed my ride which i did not take at all. This is the way uber is providing services. No apologies nor any info regarding cancellation of ride nor reporting that the driver cannot accept the ride. We had to wait for which we had suffered medical issue of our dear ones. How will u resolve this issue and assure us that further that such issues do not happen.
