Uber India — rude behaviour and cancelled the trip by himself after knowing the destination

On tuesday 15/08/17 booked the cab evening around 6 to sreenagar hospital after around 15-20 mts he spoken very rudely saying that he could not locate the place actually he is very near to my pick up location, since it was raining i could not go to main road (I have seen the vehicle movement through my mobile) finally he cancelled himself.
