1. 2 weeks back uber driver caused an accident in my residential area.
2. Today, first driver cancelled without informing. Uber didn't book next ride.
3. Booked again, second driver came, was abusive in his language.
4. Third driver didn't answer his calls. It was already 1 hour 20 min I had been waiting. Called safety concern team, they told me to look for alternate means of transport and they would raise my issue.
5. Cancelled trip, looked for alternate means. Meanwhile was told to pay cancellation fee. Called safety concern team again, informed them.
6. No actions taken by company as such have been informed to me.
7. Such incidents within a span of 1 month have cause me mental harressment and trauma.
