Uber India — service availed from bangalore railway station kiosk | |||||
The kiosk person told the fare will be around rs.200 and i got an sms of the driver and car details and tracking. The moment i sat in the car and moving, the car was moving at flight speed in the app.in 30 minutes it had travelled hundereds of kilometer going round and round bangalore. My starting point and destination points were correct throughout. I am sure i am taken for a ride (Cheating) apart from reaching the destination. How to get this redressed. I could not get customer service number. Driver did not help in any way.in the end i had to pay a bill of rs. 1100. I did not get receipt. I did not want to create a situation early in the morning and paid. How to get the receipt and refund o[censored]njustified amount Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have taken trip on 12th March 2018 and paid trip amount 49.52 on 15th March 2018 using credit card payment mode. Got the receipt confirmation for payment made, but in app showing "outstanding payment pending" .. unable to book cab... Sent several mais to customer service but not rectified

Hi uber,
I booked a uber at 7:48pm and it showed the driver will meet in 1 min and i had to wait till 7:56pm and later when i called him his phone was switched off so i had to cancel the ride to book another ride and now im charged a fine of 30 rs... Please get it removed and compensate for the inconvenience
