Hi. I took a ride from Ghaziabad to Meerut on 8th December, 2022. Even though I paid Rs 946 to the driver, the app is still showing the trip as unpaid. He did not register any complaint to me. Infact I gave him 5 star rating which I subsequently downgraded to 2 star when I came to know that he has reported non payment.
I am being asked to pay an amount already paid to the driver. The driver reports that amount has not been paid, and his version is taken on record. During 2022, this customer has used the services for Rs 15000 approx and all payments were paid in cash to the drivers. I fail to understand how reporting non payment by driver should have precedence over my assertion of paying the due.
The matter was raised on Twitter handle o[censored]ber India Support but of no avail.
Can anything be done from your end to settle the issue and allow me to use the services again. Was this information helpful? |
