This is my second mail in a month but seems uber not at all concerned about customers.

Clear fraud is happening with due approval o[censored]ber.

I have been booking cab under pool and everytime booking charge is claimed as 49/- but on reaching destination driver claims for 97/-.

Why this is so also to my surprise no of times i got drop at 49/- as well?

This is loot hence need revert & refund asap for my multiple trips

Updated by Liji S Abraham Today again driver was not able to trace destination n made me wait 30 mins n later driver cancelled but now ensure this amount will not come in my kitty.
