Uber India — The Driver cancelled the trip after reaching pickup point

The ride was booked on[protected] for an emergency hospital visit. The driver reached the pickup point and we asked him to come inside the gate. Inspite of him knowing that it was a hospital case, he simply canceled the ride there. We had to book another one.
