The trip was booked. The driver took the booking. Later tried to call him as he didn’t arrive in given time. He asked what is the destination, when told andheri, he cancelled the trip and uber charged me for the cancellation. This is highly unprofessional from both uber and the drivers side. Firstly i am the one who is late for the trip and secondly i have to rebook the trip due to cancellation from the driver’s side and thirdly i pay for the cancellation? Does it make any sense. Uber is exploiting its customers and creating a bad reputation. Driver number - [protected].
