I booked a cab on 15/05/2018, at 11 pm, it said the cab will arrive in 5, but the cab on map wasn't moving, the driver refused to answer my calls, i waited another 20 minutes, and finally took an auto. After 30 min this driver cancelled my request.
The uber app still sent out sending requests to other drivers and one of them arrived at destination at 11 45 pm, while then i had left, but it shamelessly put a cancellation charge on my account.
This is just pathetic, i have no consent to cancel without incurring a cancellation fee even when the allotted eta is not respected beyond 30 minutes, and there is such hopeless customer service that doesn't wish to confront or resolve it successfuly. Was this information helpful? |
