Uber India — the uber cheating indian public

I booked a ride from Terminal 1 Delhi international airport to Sector 43, DLF Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The driver asked me to come outside the Airport and I had to walk all the way to the place where he parked the vehicle. The fare shown was Rs. 281.76 but the driver insisted me to pay Rs.150 extra as Airport charge even though he didn't come inside the Airport. I told him the same but he insisted me to pay the extra amount. Finally I had to pay Rs. 400. I registered a complaint on Uber app but to my surprise the Uber customer service executive was also supporting the cheating. Instead of taking action against the driver and refunding my money they asked me to use digital method of payment to avoid it in future. This is a regular incidence and the Uber company is supporting this kind of cheating. Their customer service is a fake and do not solve any genuine issues. Uber is cheating the Indian public and is looting the people. We all should unite against such people who cheat the public.
