Uber recently disabled my uber account without prior notice & without any proper reasons. On my last trip with uber the uber driver charged me incorrectly, and also he used slangs. So, i lodged a complaint to uber & they have refunded my money. But today when i was trying to book a cab from the same account, it was showing that, my account is disabled. But, no reasons were there and as a result i'm not even able to use the 250 rupees o[censored]ber credit from my previous trip adjustments. So, First of all, they charged me incorrectly on my last ride, they gave my money back, again they took the maoney given, just by saying, your account is disabled...!!
Is this is a joke ???
I tried to contact uber & they always send me robotic mails saying that sorry sir, the system has flaged you, & the system has blocked you. So, how the system has taken my 250 rupees ?????

On 20th Sept 2017 I rode by Uber in Mumba. I opted for card payment. but due to bad weather and technical difficulties the internet was inaccessible which made me to pay by cash an amount of Rs239. But as the option was of card payment, the amount got transfered to my next ride. Hence I paid double charge. On complaining this to Uber helpline. They refused to help me and refund the amount back saying that its out of their hand.
I ask that if there are such technical issues happening every now and then, then why they have given the card payment option. If some issues happens they should consider it and resolve the issue by confirming the issue with the drivers.
This is pathetic!! All looters.
