Hello, I have been having this constant issue o[censored]ber driver's demanding for the nice road toll charge. Though the toll was included as part of the total fare, the driver's have demanded the toll from me by cash. It is very sad that your driver's are not even aware that toll charges are inclusive in the fare. Your customer support is highly disappointing and worse.in spite of my best efforts, you have just pasted a standard reply and resolved my issue. This is highly unacceptable. This was pool car.The driver's phone was continuously switched off.I was charged even though I did not take the trip and cancelled it in 2 mins time.

I want a refund.

I had book uber for my father. My number is [protected]. Driver Prabakaran car number: TN38CD8812 had confirmed to droppe. When my father seat he just canceled uber and drive directly. Due to my father safety we didn’t stop him. That driver is worst. Please disqualify this type of driver and set a good example.
