Uber has been blatantly charging this toll hoping no one will notice it! Time to pay up and refund every passenger. I've got a refund from uber the last 5 times after i asked for a refund. They sheepishly acknowledge their mistake as an oversight and refund the amount. I wanted to bring this to everyone's attention as they keep doing this automatically.
