I booked an auto this evening as usual. The driver had issues with the auto and took a different route to my house which was quite far. I agreed thinking at least it would be okay as i had my wife and daughter. The driver stops in between and asks us to take some other auto. i had to wait and book another auto to come home.
Questions that came in my mind.
1. Does Uber not check the vehicle condition start of day or take an update from driver?
2. Is it okay to drop customer's anywhere other than the intended destination, I know vehicle can have issues, but does the company have no liability to arrange for a different vehicle. Instead ask the customer to search something else.
3. As it's an online payment, I paid the amount without the service . Was this information helpful? |
