Uber India — uber cab cancellation by cab driver

Its total waste of time that uber cab driver is cancelling the booking after making me wait for more than 10 mins, why don't they cancel instantly.in this case we should get refund. I was late for a training and today i stood in road for more than 15 mins. Also i can't book another cab while it says i will be charged. This is ridiculous and irresponsible. Worst of all is.. You don't even have customer service.. How can that be possible that while i wait for cab n each minute is important and how am i supposed to communicate about the cab??

Updated by Jana Srividya Dear Uber, get lost if you intend to give service without allowing us to know how are we charged or why are we charged even of cab doesn't come on time... How do you feel about giving service without customer care... This is being stupid.. either you pay us for wasting our time or ensure the cab comes on time.
