On 29th june near about 4:40 am i booked the cab and contacted driver. Driver said he ia coming. I was waiting and waiting. I didnt see the cab moving. The again i called 8-10 times but the cab driver didnt pick up the call so i had to cancel the cab as i had to catch train in yeshwantpur bangalore. After canceling they had sent an email for 41 rupees. After reaching my destination i called customer care and got below message. But didnt get a call.
