I am writing here after witnessing this issue three times in pune. I booked the cab and their app shows that cab is some minutes away. I called the driver and asked him to come at my location. After some time i got the notification that trip has been cancelled. When i called the driver again he said that i was not at the pickup location. I am like, dude do you know my face? How do you know i was not there? I called you after booking the cab. Atleast have the curtsy to call back if you reached, because it is possible that we both are standing at some distance. App shows location but we can have at two different corners, right? What does uber customer care do? After registering the complain they refund amount in few days but is it enough? Why don't they understand that in such cases customer had to re-book the can and that means which may cause delay as booking again means waste of few more minutes.
Uber if you don't pay attention to these kind of drivers, you may find yourself at the same place where many other of your competitors have reached, which is bottom of the market. You are loved and used because your service was best, don't let it destroy due to such kind of weirdo. Was this information helpful? |
