I have taken Uber ride on 05th JULY. The auto driver came to pick up point n refused stating he needs only cash payment!! Forced to cancel ride, Uber charged me 10 INR for cancelling once. I took next ride and made payment for ride. But to my surprise again on 11th July it showed outstanding amount of 10 INR and i made payment.
This is not all, Uber app is so crap that again its asking me to make outstanding payment !!! Customer support doesn't help but demanding entire bank statement!! I am attaching screenshot of payment made twice!!
