Uber India — uber customer executive rude behaviour

Hi an order was mistakenly placed and I tried to cancel the order but due to technical issue I dint find the option. Within fraction of secnds, I received call from restaurant and I informed them to cancel the order, n they agreed. Later the delivery boy called and I told the same to him as well.after this, a customer care executive called n was vry rude n was not agreeing to cancel the order though I explained him everything, he has charged the money from Ubereats to Uber app. N now I am unable to book cab as it shows pending amount for food which I have not ordered n not delivered.
