Hi Team,
Yesterday i was trying to book a cab from Uber for the first time, but my phone got hung and after that i was logged out from Uber app. When i was trying to login on Uber app, it was giving me message that your account has been disabled.
Next morning i checked with Uber helpdesk, but they didn't specify the reason for disabling my account. But i requested them to re-enable my account so that i could use its services, but they denied stating that you can use some other mobile number to register in Unber app.
It seems that Uber is playing with its customer. Please help me in getting my Uber account([protected]) re-enable and the loss that i faced of no cab services during that crucial time.
