Had booked a cab at 12.25pm from hinjewadi phase1. Driver told he would be arriving in 2mins as he was at Hotel Lemon Tree. It's 1.15pm and the cab has not yet arrived. If i cancel this, i will be charged for the cancellation without being my fault. His number is switched off and neither he called back. Vehicle number is MH 14 FC 0459. Please suggest me as to what needs to be done here.
