Uber India — uber driver responsibility

Around 6.45 this evening, i had booked an ubergo and the driver attended the first call. It was a case of emergency. We had to rush to the hospital. And when we tried contacting the driver, his phone calls were diverted and we couldn't contact him. Also we tried to track the cab but then the uber app was not responding with respect to location but it kept changing the minutes of time for arrival of the came. It almost stayed in 1min to arrive for about 10mins. And yet we could not contact the driver. It was totally dissappointing to find such a disrespectful behaviour towards customers and that too in case of emergency
