On 9th july'2017 i booked cab at nice road to jakkur bengalore, i got the info about the driver rout saying 13 min it will reached, after half a hour i call the driver mobile no-[protected], he did not pick the phone, i keep on calling for nearly 45 mins but did not get any acknowledgement from him, so i drop the sms, still no answer from driver.
After waiting for one and half hour no replay come from him. Here is my point is if driver not free or not intend to come to the pick up point, would have simple tell the clint that i am unable to come or reach so the customer can arrange alternative. Was this information helpful? |
