I took an Uber ride on[protected] in Delhi. The ride total was Rs. 1206 which I paid to the driver on the paytm no. provided by him.
He updated a receipt of Rs. 900 only and hence there is an outstanding or Rs. 306 showing on my app. Not only is this fraudulent but it also makes it difficult for me to use the app for future bookings unless this issue is resolved.
I as a customer feel so targeted by such malpractices because first the drivers demand cash payments and then they report incorrect receipts to put extra burden on the customers.
The issues has already been raised by me while rating the driver after the ride but I am yet to receive a response from Uber.
I request Uber to get this resolved at the earliest and update me about the same.
