Dear Uber team,
I did not cancel the order
The case is as follows
1) Delivery came with missing order and wasn’t sure the order he picked was mine
2) He called customer care and discussed he is not sure if the other part of order is mine or not
3) I got a call from customer care saying do I want to take other part for which I clearly said yes if its mine and no if not sure
4) Customer care asked if I want to reorder for which I said it is time consuming and delivery asked me to say no as it was WC semi-final match
5) Customer care said she understands and shall cancel the order as its delivery partner mistake. Order will be charged for time being and would be processed with refund
Instead of just going through the comments put by your customer care or mine “Go through call recording which is an evidence” (I have a copy for a backup)
Uber continuesly blaming me that I told to cancel the order
